Pick-Up Instructions & Essential Policies
Pick-up starts at 6:00 AM from selected hotels in La Fortuna. Please be ready at your hotel reception 15 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before continuing the route. Each passenger is allowed 1 main bag and 1 small personal carry-on. Because Tortuguero is accessible only by boat, adherence to luggage weight and size limits is strictly enforced.
