Enjoy an authentic Costa Rican cooking experience in a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired stove, surrounded by nature and the local atmosphere.

Before you start cooking, you’ll take a walk through the organic farm to gather the fresh ingredients you’ll use in the meal yourself. Depending on the season, you’ll be able to harvest vegetables, root vegetables, herbs, and fruits available that day.

During the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of organic and sustainable cooking while preparing a delicious traditional lunch step-by-step under the guidance of local chefs. You’ll cook with freshly harvested ingredients and use authentic techniques from Costa Rican cuisine.
