Guests are required to be ready at the designated pick-up spot 15 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes; after this waiting period, the vehicle will depart, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Each passenger is allowed 1 large bag and 1 carry-on item. Any additional, odd-sized, or overweight luggage will incur a $15 USD fee per item.
