Pick-up times are estimated and may vary by up to 15 minutes. Guests must be waiting at the lobby 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes max. One main piece of luggage and one small carry-on bag are included. Extra bags or surfboards incur an additional $17 USD fee.
