Your experience begins with a short walk through the organic farm, where you’ll see cacao trees, exotic fruit trees, spices, and other native plants. From there, you’ll dive into the chocolate-making process using ancient Mayan tools and traditional techniques to grind fresh cacao and prepare two authentic chocolate drinks.
To finish, you’ll mold and decorate your own chocolate bars to take home as a delicious souvenir. While your chocolates cool, you’ll have the chance to use a traditional trapiche to grind sugar cane and enjoy freshly pressed juice. You can also browse a selection of handcrafted chocolate products made on-site.
